Destinations and charges

Trimmer orders currently ship to Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and New Zealand, plus the European destinations listed below. Tracked shipping is A$14.95 per order to Australia and free to the other enabled destinations. Checkout shows applicable taxes before payment. Availability depends on your address and the selected products.

European destinations

Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland. The United Kingdom is also enabled. Other European destinations are not currently enabled; contact us to check availability before ordering. Carrier restrictions may apply to remote areas and offshore islands. Delivery estimates vary by destination and are not guaranteed.

Processing and delivery

Processing time is separate from shipping time. Delivery estimates vary by destination and start after dispatch unless stated otherwise. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Carrier delays, customs and busy holiday periods may extend delivery times. No Christmas arrival date is guaranteed.

Tracking and separate parcels

Tracking details are sent after dispatch when available. Items in a gift set may arrive in separate parcels.

Customs and fees

Unless checkout explicitly includes import duties and import taxes, these may be collected by customs or the carrier. Your bank may charge currency-conversion or international-payment fees.
