Returns

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery when the trimmer is unused, unopened, undamaged and returned with its original packaging and accessories. Used products are not eligible under this voluntary change-of-mind promise. This does not limit Australian Consumer Law, any applicable EU withdrawal right, or other mandatory consumer rights. Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products remain covered by applicable law.
